Our walking tours cover about a mile of the French Quarter and take roughly 90 minutes. Typical stops include Jackson Square, the French Market, LaLaurie Mansion, the Riverwalk and the mighty Mississippi River. Guides share stories, local history and neighborhood lore aimed at visitors and locals alike.

How much do tours cost?

There is no ticket price. All of our public tours are free and donation based. At the end of the tour you may donate whatever feels right. Donations directly support the guides and help keep the tours available to everyone.

Are the tours family-friendly?

Yes. Our tours are designed for all ages and aim to be welcoming to families. The route is mostly level and stroller friendly. If you have specific accessibility needs or concerns, contact us before your visit so we can help.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable shoes and bring water. The walk covers about a mile and takes around 90 minutes. A hat, sunscreen, and a small bottle of water are useful, and you may want cash or card if you plan to donate in person.
